Q. I want to buy a sims game preferably for my nint. dsi and i want to communicate with virtual people i don't want a pets game or anything like that i want a really fun sims game! Or post websites with free online sims games.

How do expansion packs for The Sims games work?

The Sims 3 is the first sims game i've played, and i'm thinking about buying the sims 3: world adventures. but i don't know how expansion packs work. do you just download it on your computer and it adds all of the stuff to your game? could somebody explain please?

Ok, before you buy The Sims 3: World Adventures, you MUST have the original The Sims 3 game installed on your PC. If you don't, World Adventures won't work, end of story.
After The Sims 3 is installed, insert The Sims 3: World Adventures disc and follow the prompts. You will have all of The Sims 3 data ON TOP OF all of the new World Adventures stuff, and when you install another expansion on top of that (of course there aren't any out at the moment, but when there is), it again adds onto all of your Sims 3 and Sims 3: World Adventures stuff - making your world bigger and bigger each time.

I've never played a sims game before. But I'm thinking about buying one. I don't want to buy the Sims 3 (the newest one).
I saw some screen shots from a sims game where the characters look like characters from the cartoon "Naruto".
What sims game allows you to download stuff like that?
Can you do it on the regular "Sims 2" for the PC?
Can you do it on all the sims PC games?

What is the best Sims game? And also some basics of Sims Playing?

Was just wondering what others thought the best sims game is. Also can someone tell me the basics of sims, the goal, what to do, how to get started???
What about the medieval one? did anyone try that?

The Sims 3 Late Night is great & I love playing it. Just be sure to have free time when you want to play it because it can become addicting. The Sims 3 games were great and I have the Ambitions, World Adventures, Apartment Life and Late Night expansion packs along with one or 2 of the "stuff" packs and they were working great and were very entertaining until the last patch.
